BOTOX® Cosmetic
Many of the wrinkles and deep creases found on the face are the result of repetitive muscle contractions that force the skin to pinch and wrinkle between the brows, along the forehead, and around the eyes. Restylane®
Restylane® is relatively new dermal filler composed of hyaluronic acid, a natural compound found in youthful, supple skin. Hyaluronic acid binds to water molecules within the skin to maintain skin volume and resilience. At our San Diego practice, Restylane® can be applied with an ultra-thin needle to fill deep creases and wrinkles, as well as to restore diminished volume to the cheeks and lips. Restylane® has been clinically proven to last up to six months before a touch up is required to maintain its natural-looking cosmetic effects. Radiesse™
Radiesse™ is the ideal long-term solution for filling deep wrinkles, depressed scars, and areas in need of added volume. As a liquid gel, injectable implant material, Radiesse™ has been clinically proven to last for up to three years. The long-lasting effects of Radiesse™ are the result of the smooth, spherical calcium hydroxylapatite particles suspended within the gel. These particles give the product a stable, yet pliable structure that is not easily broken down by the body following the injection. Juvèderm™

Collagen
Collagen is a natural protein found in the skin that provides the elasticity, volume, and suppleness seen in youthful skin, making it an excellent solution for smoothing facial wrinkles and adding volume to the lips. To fill fine lines, deep creases, and define the lip border, collagen proteins are injected directly below the surface of the area in need of treatment. Results of collagen treatment at our San Diego practice are extremely natural and will last up to six moths before another session is required to maintain the effects.
